From the time I was small

From the time I was small, tea time with my Mom was a big part of our life, and those tea parties are some of the personal memories I have treasured most. When my younger sister came along, she was invited into the tea party circle. When my own children came along, they too were invited into the tea time circle. That circle is flexible and wide and has included family, friends, neighbors and co-worker and our tea party locations have spanned the entire country. Of course its the time together that matters most. Some times that tea cup holds apple juice or hot chocolate for the little ones, but the effect is the same: tea party time is time well-spent, memories well-made, and leaves our hearts well-tied together. Our Tea Time circle has room for everyone! Join us for tea, wherever you may be!

In my life, tea has always meant safety, home, community and sharing.

In my life, tea has always meant safety, home, community and sharing. I am always amazed at the number of people who respond so positively to an invitation to tea. I have made friends, healed hurts, created memories, reconnected with old friends, welcomed treasured guests, comforted loved ones, and connected on a personal level with so many people, over a simple cup of tea. (Okay and some really awesome pastries and treats, too— beauty and sweetness are always welcome guests at tea!)
